Atlanta Bicycle Network
Aurora Innovative Solutions worked with Propel ATL to develop a comprehensive vision for a network of connected and protected bicycle facilities along major roads in and around Atlanta, Georgia. We analyzed bicycle crash data, traffic and road inventory data, and proximity to K-12 schools to create a phased plan for safer streets across the urban area.
Grants Assistance Program
Aurora Innovative Solutions led the process of researching federal, state, and private funding opportunities to advance bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure projects and compiling them into a catalog to serve as the foundation of GO Georgia's Grants Assistance Program (GAP). We also hosted several webinars and workshops to spread awareness about these opportunities to potential grant recipients throughout Georgia.
Weaver 75th Birthday Celebration
Aurora Innovative Solutions provided event planning and production services for this surprise 75th Birthday Party at the Atlanta Botanical Garden. We led event space coordination and pricing negotiations, as well as advising our client on catering and beverage options to host a spectacular event within a limited budget.
